Main Log Lodge and Four Cabins

 

Main Log Lodge - 3,367 sf

 

The main log lodge is handcrafted, hand peeled log construction with western accents. The flooring is wood plank and peg with an upscale kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar and lots of sunshine.

The Great Room has a huge stone wood burning fireplace and large windows looking out on the ranch and the river. The home lives like a large cabin and has great storage space and a western feeling with the massive logs. .

Main Level: The main level features an open Great Room, entry, powder room, pantry, dining area, and fine kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar. There is a large sun room on the south side.

Upstairs: The upper level features an open bedroom with a bath and art nook overlooking the Great Room.

Lower Level: The home has a walk-out lower level with two bedrooms, two baths, storage and a laundry facility.

The home has a metal roof and wrap around covered porches for cool mountain evenings, outdoor cooking and gatherings.

The views of the surrounding mountains are stunning. There is a large carport out the front door. The details in this lodge make it look very authentically western and it is charming and comfortable.

 

 

 

The Cottonwood Cabin - 1,373 sf

The Cottonwood Cabin has accommodations for two couples, or can be used for 8 with the sleeper sofa and twin rollaway beds. There is one bedroom on the mail level with either a king bed or two twin beds; loft bedroom with either a king bed or two twin beds plus two roll aways; queen sleeper sofa in the living room; two bathrooms with tub showers; fully equipped kitchen; laundry facilities; and a covered porch with panoramic views of the meadow and surrounding mountains. Access to the Cottonwood Cabin is across the bridge and the meadow past the hangar and events center. This is a great cabin for family or to be used as a vacation rental.

 

 

The Homestead  - 2,800 sf

The Homestead Cabin has two living units within. The upper unit is called the Lewis and is available in the summer as a common are for guests with internet access, laundry, television and as a Club House space. In the off season it is rented separately. The lower unit is called the Clark and offers one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, and living room.The cabin enjoys a sweeping view of the mountains and is the only cabin located on the east side of the West Fork Road.

 

 

 

The Ponderosa Cabin  - 1,240 sf

The Ponderosa Cabin offers two bedrooms on the main level with a full bath, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living room. The covered porch overlooks the river and is a short walk to the lovely ponds and fishing.

 

 

 

The Aspen Cabin  - 665 sf

The Aspen Cabin is the smallest of the cabin and very popular among guests. The cabin features a cozy main level master bedroom plus a loft. There is a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and covered porch.

 

 

The Hangar and Events Center  - 1,600 sf

The airplane hangar has been used most recently for events such as reunions, dances, weddings, and more.The structure is located in the middle of the big meadow where a grass airstrip has been in the past. There is power to the hangar. Nearby are shooting houses for trap and skeet shooting activities. Equestrians may choose to use the structure for hay storage for stock or corrals.

 

 

The Barn - 2,052 sf

The Alta Ranch barn offers a three stall section for horses with nearby corrals and covered hay storage. There are sections for tack storage and grain also. The large interior space is perfect for equipment, ATV's, ranch vehicles, and hobby activities.
